Senior Product Manager - PromoMats

Veeva

This Senior Product Manager role focuses on the enterprise life sciences domain, specifically managing a platform for promotional content lifecycle management and integrating AI capabilities into highly regulated workflows.

What you’d own

  • Roadmap for claims management and MLR review workflows
  • Digital asset management and multi-channel distribution features
  • AI/ML integration including LLMs and Generative AI tools
  • Cross-product alignment and go-to-market enablement

Who it’s for

A fit if you…

  • ✓You have 5+ years of enterprise software experience with a technical background.
  • ✓You possess hands-on experience in AI/ML, specifically LLMs and prompt engineering.
  • ✓You understand marketing operations, content supply chains, or martech stacks.
  • ✓You can translate complex technical AI concepts for non-technical stakeholders.

Not for you if…

  • ✗You prefer generalist roles without heavy regulatory/compliance constraints.
  • ✗You lack a deep technical background in Python and AI frameworks.
  • ✗You prefer less structured environments (this role requires high auditability).

Reading between the lines

  • The requirement for 'auditability' and 'rigor' suggests a highly governed development process where speed may be balanced by strict compliance checks.
  • The specific list of martech tools and marketing workflows implies you will need to navigate a complex, established ecosystem rather than building from scratch.
