Rather than flipping companies, it buys and holds them permanently under a decentralized model where each business keeps its own leadership and market focus while gaining capital, operational support, and shared technology. The portfolio now spans more than 150 companies across 20-plus industries in over a dozen countries. A distinctive angle is its in-house AI Labs, which build and integrate AI capabilities across the portfolio's products and operations, so a PM here works within one operating group while drawing on group-wide infrastructure.
