This Product Manager role at a digital innovation firm focuses on building AI-powered products for various clients. You will lead the full lifecycle from discovery to delivery in a consulting capacity.
What you’d own
Client-facing product discovery and strategy workshops
Product backlog management, prioritization, and roadmap planning
AI-enabled feature requirements and RAG system scoping
Translating client business problems into technical roadmaps
Who it’s for
A fit if you…
✓You have 4+ years of experience in agency or consulting environments
✓You are comfortable presenting to and advising VP-level stakeholders
✓You actively use LLMs and AI tools for your daily productivity
✓You can navigate high ambiguity to make pragmatic delivery decisions
Not for you if…
✗You prefer a single-product focus rather than a multi-client consulting model
✗You prefer a stable, slow-moving roadmap over fast-changing project environments
✗You are not comfortable with the technical nuances of RAG and LLM systems
Reading between the lines
The requirement for 'agency experience' suggests you will manage multiple projects simultaneously rather than one long-term product.
The emphasis on 'translating plans into real progress' implies a high pressure on execution speed over perfect documentation.
The specific mention of RAG and hallucination management suggests the AI work is currently in an active implementation phase, not just research.

TribalScale is a digital product consultancy that embeds strategy, design, and engineering teams inside client organizations, increasingly framed around AI-first delivery. Its work spans connected vehicles and automated testing for Ford, an Apple Watch experience for the World Surf League, agile transformation for AAA, and scaling infrastructure for Dapper Labs, with 700-plus products launched and a 95% repeat client rate. Revenue comes from enterprise services engagements, and the firm also runs a venture studio and publishes FinScale, a magazine for financial services and insurance leaders. Culture is pitched on meritocracy and transparency, with remote work, flexible schedules, hackathons, and team off-sites. PM work here means rotating across client domains rather than owning one product for years.
