Tekmetric is a cloud-based shop management platform for independent auto repair shops, bringing estimates, digital vehicle inspections, parts and inventory, scheduling, reporting, payments, and customer marketing into one system. It is used by more than 15,000 shops across the US and layers on revenue products like integrated payment processing, text-to-pay, and buy-now-pay-later, plus 70-plus integrations. Founded in 2016 in Houston and backed by Susquehanna Growth Equity, the company sells vertical SaaS into a traditionally underserved trade. The team works remotely or hybrid across US time zones, offers fully paid parental leave and quarterly wellness and learning stipends, and runs an employee-led culture committee with regular engagement surveys. PMs work on operations, payments, and marketing software for a hands-on small-business customer.
