Product Manager II, FinTech & Earnings
Super.comThis Product Manager role focuses on a fintech and earnings vertical. You will operate as a 'SWAT' member, rotating across different product areas to tackle high-priority problems and launch new features.
What you’d own
- Roadmaps, PRDs, and experiment plans for assigned teams
- Prototyping ideas using AI coding tools like Claude Code
- Shipping small features and experiments directly to production
- Data analysis in Amplitude and Snowflake to track metrics
Who it’s for
A fit if you…
- ✓You have 3+ years of experience in consumer products at a startup.
- ✓You are proficient with AI coding tools for prototyping and workflow automation.
- ✓You can ramp up quickly on new domains within weeks.
- ✓You have technical depth to discuss architecture and trade-offs with engineers.
Not for you if…
- ✗You prefer a stable, single-product focus rather than rotating roles.
- ✗You are uncomfortable writing code or using AI tools for production tasks.
- ✗You prefer a slow pace where requirements are fully defined before development.
Reading between the lines
- The 'SWAT' designation and rotation requirement imply high ambiguity and a need for extreme adaptability.
- The requirement to ship code yourself suggests a lean engineering culture where PMs must be highly autonomous.
- The emphasis on 'experimentation culture' and 'rapid prototyping' indicates a fast-paced, data-driven execution style.

PRODUCT MANAGER II, FINTECH & EARNINGS

For our employees, our promise is that Super.com http://Super.com is more than just a job; it’s an opportunity to unlock one’s potential, where learning is celebrated and impact is realized.
We are more than a fast-paced, high-growth tech company; we care about our people and take career progression seriously. This is your career and our aim is to supercharge it through the people, the work, and the programs that fuel who we are.
ABOUT THE ROLE
This Product Manager II role is a SWAT position in our Fintech & Earnings vertical. You’ll be placed on the team where the vertical needs product leadership most, whether that’s improving how we underwrite cash advances, helping members build credit, growing how much people earn, or working on entirely new projects. You’ll own outcomes on some of the company’s highest-priority bets, work directly with vertical leadership, and build range across cash advances, credit, earnings, and savings faster than a single-team role allows. This role is also for a PM who builds. You’ll use tools like Claude Code to prototype ideas, test them with users, and in some cases ship them to production yourself.
ABOUT THE TEAM
The Product team at Super.com http://Super.com is made up of product managers, product designers, user researchers, and program managers building for millions of members. We work closely with engineering, data, marketing, and operations, and we have a strong experimentation culture.
Fintech & Earnings builds products that help financially constrained members earn more, access cash, build credit, and save, while growing our Super+ membership. The vertical includes teams focused on Cash Advance underwriting and repayments, Cash Advance lifecycle and engagement, Credit Building and the Super.com http://Super.com Card, Earnings (games, surveys, tasks, and offers), and Savings.
The SWAT role sits across these teams rather than inside one of them. At the start of each quarter, F&E leadership decides where you’ll have the most impact based on company priorities. That could mean joining a team to get a major launch over the line, running a focused set of experiments on an underperforming funnel, or standing up a new product area before it has a dedicated PM. We launch experiments constantly, work in Amplitude and Snowflake every day, and expect PMs to use AI across their workflow, from research synthesis and PRDs to analysis and prototyping.
WHAT YOU’LL BE WORKING ON:
- Rotate across Fintech & Earnings teams as needed, taking ownership of the vertical’s most pressing problem and getting up to speed on a new domain within weeks.
- Own the roadmap, PRDs, and experiment plans for your current team, tying each project to metrics like contribution profit, Super+ conversion, and retention.
- Build working prototypes with Claude Code or similar tools to test ideas with users and stakeholders before engineering commits to a full build.
- Ship small features and experiments to production yourself when it makes sense, working with engineers on code review, testing, and release.
- Use AI to speed up strategy and analysis, including synthesizing user research, querying Amplitude and Snowflake, sizing opportunities, and pressure-testing your own plans.
- Work closely with product design, product marketing, research, and growth teams to launch new products and features.
- Partner with Legal, Compliance, and Risk to launch financial products that are clear and fair to members.
- Hand off cleanly when you rotate teams, with documented decisions, experiment results, and a roadmap the team can keep running with.
WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR:
- 3+ years of product management experience, ideally on consumer products at a startup or high-growth company.
- Hands-on experience building with AI coding tools such as Claude Code, ChatGPT Codex, or Cursor, including prototypes or features that users have touched. Expect to walk us through one in interviews.
- Daily use of AI tools like Claude for strategy, ideation, and analysis, along with the judgment to check the output before acting on it.
- Track record of ramping quickly in unfamiliar product areas and delivering measurable results within a single quarter.
- Experience using tools like Amplitude to design experiments and interpret results.
- Clear, concise writing, with experience producing PRDs and experiment docs that engineering, design, and leadership can act on.
- Enough technical depth to discuss architecture and tradeoffs with engineers
Bonus points for:
- Experience with fintech products such as cash advances, credit building, payments, or earning apps.
- Experience launching products in a regulated industry alongside legal and compliance partners.
- Experience bringing AI workflows to a team, such as building shared prompts, agents, or skills that other PMs use.
