Product Manager, ASC & NT Sales

Stryker

This Product Manager role focuses on downstream marketing and sales enablement for medical device portfolios. You will bridge the gap between product development and commercial execution through content creation and market analysis.

What you’d own

  • Downstream marketing strategies for ambulatory surgery center solutions
  • Sales enablement materials including pitch decks and brochures
  • Product launch planning and trade show programs
  • KPI tracking for solution adoption and commercial performance

Who it’s for

A fit if you…

  • You have 2+ years in medical device or healthcare marketing
  • You enjoy creating tangible sales tools and collateral
  • You are comfortable analyzing market trends and competitor data
  • You can translate complex product features into customer-facing content

Not for you if…

  • You want a role with minimal travel (requires 40% travel)
  • You prefer pure technical product management over marketing/sales enablement
  • You prefer a remote-only role without significant field engagement

Reading between the lines

  • The heavy emphasis on 'sales enablement' and 'collateral' suggests this is a marketing-heavy PM role rather than a technical roadmap/engineering-focused one.
  • The 40% travel requirement combined with trade show management implies a high level of field presence and coordination.
