YOUR ROLE As the Group Product Manager for Integrations at RoomPriceGenie, you will own one of the most critical foundations of our product ecosystem — how data flows into, through, and out of our platform - enabling automated pricing, reliable reporting and leveraging external data. You will shape how pricing, reporting, and market data are collected, processed, and made actionable for thousands of independent hotels worldwide. You’ll lead and develop two Product Managers, ensuring that our PMS, Channel Manager, and partner integrations deliver high-quality, reliable data. At the same time, you’ll act as Product Lead for the Market Data team, driving the evolution of our scraping and data acquisition systems.Your mission: build a scalable, reliable, and intelligent data backbone that empowers our product teams, our partners, and our customers to compete smarter. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES Product Vision & Strategy - Own the vision, roadmap, and KPIs for the Integrations & Data domain driving our partner-led growth strategy. - Define how RoomPriceGenie connects and scales its data ecosystem - our product foundation - powering pricing, reporting, and AI products. - Balance short-term partner needs with a long-term strategy for data quality, availability, and reliability. Leadership & People Management - Manage two Product Managers (leading the pricing & reporting team), aligning goals and fostering growth. - Drive clarity, accountability, and excellence across integration and data teams. - Ensure strong collaboration between product, engineering, and partner functions. Data Product Ownership - Bet the product lead for the Market Data team, owning roadmap, coverage, and data quality. - Define data models, governance, and performance standards with Data Engineering. - Turn raw market data into structured, actionable insights for pricing and reporting. Collaboration & Influence - Partner with internal teams to ensure consistent data flow. - Collaborate with Partnerships, Sales, and CS on integration strategy and priorities. - Represent the domain in cross-functional planning and influence through data-driven storytelling. Metrics & Impact - Track and report KPIs such as data completeness, latency, partner coverage, and integration uptime. - Use metrics and insights to guide priorities, demonstrate value, and drive continuous improvement. YOUR PROFILE - Proven experience as a Group Product Manager in a data-intensive or API-driven B2B SaaS environment. - Deep understanding of data products, API integrations, and data infrastructure design. - Experience leading and developing other Product Managers or cross-functional data teams. - Strong technical acumen, with the ability to discuss data architecture, data quality, and integration trade-offs with engineering teams. - Strategic thinker able to connect integration-level decisions to overall product and business goals. - Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills, bridging technical and non-technical audiences.
