Group Product Manager, Emerging Solutions
RainFocusThis Senior Product Manager role focuses on enterprise sales and revenue operations tools. You will lead the integration strategy and AI-driven capabilities for a B2B SaaS platform serving large corporate clients.
What you’d own
- Multi-year vision and GTM roadmap for the Sales Module
- Agentic experiences using RainFocus Nexus and MCP Profiles
- Salesforce app development via external partners
- Cross-platform experience across Salesforce, Slack, and Claude
Who it’s for
A fit if you…
- ✓7+ years in enterprise B2B SaaS with 2+ years leading teams
- ✓Deep expertise in sales/revenue operations and CRM workflows
- ✓Proven track record shipping AI-native and agentic capabilities
- ✓Strong technical knowledge of Salesforce ecosystem and MCP
Not for you if…
- ✗You prefer building standalone products without complex third-party integrations
- ✗You prefer a pure internal engineering team over managing external agencies
- ✗You are looking for a non-technical product role (requires deep API/MCP knowledge)
Reading between the lines
- The mention of 'evidence-gated' approach suggests a high degree of internal scrutiny and a need for data-backed decisions before committing to features.
- Requirement for 'agentic experiences' and 'LLM-based inference' implies the roadmap is heavily focused on immediate AI integration rather than just standard feature updates.

Full job description
RainFocus, one of the most innovative software companies in the heart of Utah's Silicon Slopes, is in search of an exceptional Product Manager, API Integrations.
About RainFocus
RainFocus cares about its employees, customers, and the world in which we live. Our amazing teams serve Fortune 500 companies like Adobe, Cisco, IBM and others to prepare and execute in-person, virtual, and hybrid events, across the world. Those events are delivered through our industry-disrupting software platform, with groundbreaking business intelligence, to elevate the attendee experience, streamline event operations, and accelerate marketing results. As a member of the RainFocus team, you will have the opportunity to experience first-hand the impact of our industry leading platform at events around the world. Come be a part of a company that is changing the market! — it will be challenging, fun and exciting!
About the Role:
RainFocus is reinventing how people plan, manage, participate and understand events. The Product Manager role plays a critical role in driving our company forward by leading a product team in establishing a vision and delivering high quality and well thought out solutions that our customers will love. If you have a passion for building products the right way, we need you!
This role is for a motivated and detail-oriented Product Manager to join our growing product team, focusing specifically on integrations. In this role, you will play a crucial part in expanding our platform's capabilities by building and managing seamless integrations with third-party applications and services. You'll work closely with engineering, design, and partner CS teams to define requirements, prioritize features, and deliver impactful integration solutions. This is an excellent opportunity for a budding product manager to gain hands-on experience in a fast-paced, collaborative environment. This role may be filled at a Jr. PM level depending on experience.
What You'll Do
Set the multi-year vision and go-to-market roadmap for Sales Module, with agentic experiences at the center, and be accountable for its adoption and quality. Lead the shift to agent-ready delivery: composable tools and actions that customers can bring into the AI assistants, agents, and workflows they already rely on, using RainFocus Nexus and MCP Profiles. Own the experience across every surface, including native RainFocus, Salesforce, and agent-driven channels such as Slack and Claude, so it feels consistent wherever reps and partners work. Direct our external development partner on the Salesforce app. Work with product and engineering leaders to sharpen the data behind the product, so it powers better AI-driven insights across the platform. Design for five core personas: account executives, event managers, sales leaders, digital marketers, and channel sales managers
What You'll Bring
7+ years in enterprise B2B SaaS product management, including 2+ years leading product managers or complex, multi-product teams. Deep expertise in sales and revenue operations and workflows: how enterprise sales teams manage accounts, territories, quota, pipeline, and partners. Event technology experience is valuable but does not substitute. Deep Salesforce ecosystem knowledge (Sales Cloud, AppExchange patterns, Canvas, Lightning Web Components, APIs, OAuth/SSO). Experience shipping AI-native and agentic product capabilities, such as LLM-based inference, conversational assistants, or agents that take action on a user's behalf. Hands-on experience with the Model Context Protocol (MCP), including the differences between an MCP server, an MCP App, and a plugin. Comfort with a phased, evidence-gated approach, where commitments follow early proof. A track record of directing external agencies or integrators to deliver on schedule. Domain expertise in sales enablement, revenue operations, martech, CRM integrations, or event technology.
Nice To Have
Experience in event management or event marketing technology. Experience with acquired codebases, legacy migrations, or sunset plans. Familiarity with the revenue and conversation-intelligence landscape. Exposure to entity matching, non-Salesforce CRMs, or agent marketplaces such as Claude and ChatGPT.
