Founded by operators from Mandiant, Red Canary, Red Hat, Symantec and Oracle, it came out of stealth in 2025 and raised a $30M Series A led by Accel with Bain Capital Ventures, Citi Ventures and Amex Ventures. The team is still small, so product work sits very close to the founders and to real SOC workflows.
