PHIL is a digital hub and direct-to-patient platform that helps pharmaceutical brands get medications into patients' hands and keep them on therapy. It connects three sides of the prescription journey: pharma manufacturers tracking starts, coverage, and adherence for their retail and specialty-lite brands, patients ordering affordable medications delivered to their door through PHILRx, and providers handling in-workflow prescribing and prior authorization. The business sells primarily to pharma brands looking to improve commercial performance and patient outcomes. For a PM, the interesting part is sitting at the intersection of pharmacy logistics, payer coverage, and patient-facing software, where the product has to satisfy clinical, commercial, and consumer needs at once.
