Senior Product Manager
OrchestryThis Senior Product Manager role focuses on collaboration tools within the Microsoft 365 ecosystem. You will own product areas end-to-end, moving from customer discovery and strategy through to launch and measurement.
What you’d own
- End-to-end ownership of product areas from discovery to iteration
- Customer discovery calls, sales conversations, and feedback sessions
- Product roadmaps connecting customer needs to business outcomes
- Technical requirements for APIs, integrations, and architecture
Who it’s for
A fit if you…
- ✓You have 6+ years of experience in B2B SaaS product management
- ✓You enjoy the 'craft' of PM: prototyping, data analysis, and requirement definition
- ✓You possess high technical fluency to discuss architecture and feasibility with engineers
- ✓You are comfortable making decisions in ambiguous environments without perfect information
Not for you if…
- ✗You prefer a highly defined role with pre-determined requirements and no discovery phase
- ✗You prefer to work in isolation rather than collaborating across Sales, UX, and Engineering
- ✗You are looking for a role without any responsibility for mentoring or process improvement
Reading between the lines
- The mention of 'moving quickly' and 'broad roles' suggests a high-autonomy environment where you must be self-directed.
- The requirement to 'turn ambiguous problems into clear direction' implies the product roadmap may not be fully defined.
- The focus on 'measuring whether what we shipped actually worked' suggests a data-driven culture that prioritizes outcomes over output.
About Orchestry Orchestry is a pioneering SaaS company in the Microsoft 365 ecosystem, helping organizations simplify, govern, and get more value from their collaboration tools. Our platform empowers IT and business users alike through intelligent automation, governance, and user-friendly design. We are a remote-first team of smart, kind, low-ego people who take ownership of their work and care about building something that matters.
There is plenty of flexibility in how you work, but just as much accountability for what you deliver. We're growing fast and scaling globally, and we're looking for a Senior Product Manager to own meaningful areas of the product end-to-end—from discovery and strategy through launch and iteration. You'll spend time with customers, turn their insights into product opportunities, work closely with Engineering and UX to shape solutions, and help determine what we build next and why.
This is a hands-on role with significant autonomy, where you'll develop a clear point of view, communicate it, and move things forward.
About the role As a Senior Product Manager at Orchestry, you'll own meaningful areas of the product from discovery through launch and iteration. You'll spend time with customers, understand their problems deeply, turn those insights into product opportunities, work alongside Engineering and UX to shape solutions, and help determine what we build next and why. This is a hands-on role.
We're looking for someone who enjoys the actual craft of product management: talking to customers, digging through data, prototyping ideas, defining requirements, working through trade-offs with engineers, and measuring whether what we shipped actually worked. You'll also have significant autonomy. We want someone who develops a point of view, communicates it clearly, and moves things forward. What you'll do Own product areas end-to-end, from discovery and strategy through delivery, launch, measurement, and iteration. Build strong relationships with customers and regularly participate in discovery calls, sales conversations, customer feedback sessions, and post-launch validation. Identify customer problems and opportunities through qualitative research, product data, market trends, competitive research, and input from Sales, Customer Success, and Support. Turn ambiguous problems into clear product direction, priorities, bets, requirements, prototypes, and measurable outcomes. Partner closely with Engineering and UX throughout discovery and delivery, bringing them into problems early rather than simply handing off requirements. Develop and maintain product roadmaps that connect customer needs with company strategy and measurable business outcomes. Prioritize competing opportunities using evidence, product judgment, business impact, technical feasibility, and strategic fit. Work closely with go-to-market teams so upcoming capabilities are understood, positioned, launched, and supported effectively. Establish success criteria before development and measure adoption, customer value, and business impact after launch. Challenge assumptions, including your own, and use customer evidence and data to help the team make better decisions. Help continuously improve how Product operates at Orchestry, including discovery, planning, communication, documentation, and delivery practices. Use modern AI tools to accelerate research, synthesis, prototyping, analysis, and other parts of the product development lifecycle. Mentor and collaborate with other product team members as the organization continues to grow. Qualifications 6+ years of product management experience , preferably in B2B SaaS, with demonstrated senior-level ownership of complex products or major product areas. Experience owning software products or major product areas through the full product lifecycle. Strong customer discovery skills and a genuine desire to spend time directly with customers. A track record of turning customer and market insights into successful product decisions. Strong product judgment and the confidence to form and defend a point of view. Comfortable making decisions in ambiguous environments without waiting for perfect information. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Experience working closely with software engineers and enough technical fluency to participate meaningfully in architecture, feasibility, API, integration, and implementation discussions. Strong analytical skills and experience using both quantitative and qualitative evidence to make product decisions. Experience defining product outcomes and measuring whether launches actually achieved them. Ability to work across Engineering, UX, Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, Support, and leadership without relying on formal authority. Comfortable in a fast-moving startup or scale-up where roles are broad and priorities can evolve. A high degree of ownership.
When you see a problem, your instinct is to understand it and help solve it. Nice to Have's Experience with enterprise SaaS, IT administration, security, governance, or platform products. Experience building products for technical or administrative users. Familiarity with Microsoft 365, Teams, SharePoint, Entra ID, Microsoft Graph, Power Platform, or the broader Microsoft ecosystem. Experience with APIs, integrations, permissions, identity, or enterprise security concepts. Experience with AI-enabled products, LLMs, agents, MCP, or AI-assisted product development. Experience working with remote and distributed teams. Experience mentoring other Product Managers or helping improve a product management practice. How We Work We believe good Product Management starts with understanding the problem, not defending a solution. Our PMs are expected to stay close to customers, collaborate deeply with Engineering, bring evidence into decisions, and have strong opinions while remaining willing to change those opinions when the evidence changes. We move quickly, but we're not interested in shipping features simply to say we shipped them.
We care about whether the work solves a real problem and creates measurable value. You'll have room to operate here. We expect you to use it. What Success Looks Like Within your first year, you will have: Developed a deep understanding of Orchestry's customers, market, product, and Microsoft 365 ecosystem. Taken clear ownership of meaningful areas of the product. Built trusted relationships with customers and internal teams. Helped turn customer problems into well-validated product investments. Improved the quality and consistency of how work moves from discovery into Engineering. Shipped meaningful capabilities and demonstrated whether they achieved the outcomes we expected. Become someone Engineering, Sales, Customer Success, and leadership actively seek out when making product decisions. Why Orchestry?
Work that matters: Join a growing, remote-first SaaS company solving real problems for organizations navigating the complexity of Microsoft 365.   Real ownership: Build and scale the revenue operations discipline from the ground up.   Flexibility with accountability: We trust people to work in the way that works best for them while staying accountable for meaningful outcomes.   A smart, kind, no-ego team: People show up, work across departments, and care more about getting to the right answer than being the person who had it first.   Competitive compensation, equity, and benefits.   "}
