", "role": " About the role Nerdio is hiring a Product Manager to help develop Microsoft 365 management capabilities across our product portfolio. You will help define and deliver the security, governance, and multi-tenant management capabilities that let MSPs and enterprise IT teams manage Microsoft 365 environments at scale.
As product manager you will contribute to product discovery, design, development, and delivery for this capability area alongside other product managers and engineering teams. What you'll do Contribute to the roadmap and backlog for Microsoft 365 management capabilities across Nerdio products, including tenant security posture, policy and configuration governance, identity and access controls, licensing and user lifecycle management, and multi-tenant operations \u00a0 Identify the capabilities MSPs and enterprise admins need to secure and govern Microsoft 365 tenants, and help prioritize them against business impact and technical feasibility Help ensure these capabilities work consistently across products while respecting the differences between single-tenant enterprise and multi-tenant MSP use cases Work out the details of assigned functionality and provide user stories and specifications to the engineering team Work with engineering and QA to build, test, and release the functionality Work with technical writers to document new features and functionality Work with support and escalations teams to triage customer-reported issues and prioritize fixes within your area path, balancing severity, customer impact, and roadmap commitments Be able to prioritize what gets built, now, next or later, and in which products Roll out new capabilities internally to support, sales, customer success, and technical account managers Work with the marketing team on product marketing activities for new capabilities Conduct discovery calls with customers throughout the process Stay on top of the latest compliance frameworks as they evolve, CIS, NIST, Cyber Essentials, Essential 8, HIPAA, PCI, CMMC, etc. Develop deep expertise in Microsoft 365 management within Nerdio.
Sales, support, customer success, and partners will lean on you for answers about how these features work and how they map to Microsoft's own tooling Track Microsoft's Microsoft 365, Entra, Intune, Defender, Purview, Teams, Exchange SharePoint/OneDrive and Copilot roadmaps and surface changes as product opportunities and risks Your success will depend on your ability to work with stakeholders across multiple product teams and with partners and customers outside the company, and your ability to rapidly innovate and iterate Required Qualifications Experience building software for MSPs, with a working understanding of how MSPs operate multi-tenant environments, standardize configurations across customers, and delegate access safely Hands-on expertise with Microsoft 365 administration, including Entra ID, Intune, Defender, Purview, Copilot, Secure Score, conditional access, and tenant-level security and compliance settings Familiarity with Microsoft Graph API and Microsoft's delegated administration models preferred Strong understanding of the Microsoft 365 management market and the players in it, including native Microsoft tooling and third-party MSP platforms Bachelor's degree or higher required Five years or more of experience in the Microsoft 365, MSP software space or M365 administrator at an MSP Excellent presentation skills and verbal and written communication skills Required Qualifications At least three\u202fyears or more of software and/or SaaS product management experience required Compensation for this role includes a base in the 120,000$ to 140,000$ range with additional bonus and stock options Benefits and Incentives Competitive Base and Incentive Plan Stock Options Health and Welfare Plans* Life and Disability Plans* Retirement Plan* Unlimited Flexible Paid Time Off, including your birthday off!
