Its work has reached over 50 million households and helped disburse billions in payments, and its Nava Labs arm now pilots AI-powered tools for caseworkers. Nava has stayed profitable without raising much outside capital, runs a primarily remote workforce, and leans on a mission-driven culture of mentorship and productive debate that appeals to people who want their product work to have public impact.
