POSITION SUMMARY: The Associate Product Manager (APM), Organ Health will partner closely with Product Management and cross-functional teams to support the Organ Health portfolio, including Prospera (donor-derived cell-free DNA testing for transplant) and Renasight (renal genetics testing).

The APM will build deep knowledge of both products, their customers, and the operations that deliver them, and will gain exposure to how the products are supported and improved over time through day-to-day support, operational monitoring, and cross-functional collaboration. The role emphasizes strong organization, attention to detail, and follow-through, and will require an effective communicator who can work across Clinical, Laboratory, Operations, Sales, and Business Development teams.

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES: Develop working knowledge of the Prospera and Renasight products, including the technology, clinical utility, customer workflows, and operational processes. Serve as an initial point of contact for product and case-related questions from field and internal teams, routing and escalating issues as appropriate. Support clinical study-related activities by partnering with Clinical Operations and Operations teams to address questions and track operational needs over time.

Monitor case progress and turnaround time on a regular basis, identify delayed or at-risk cases, and work with Operations and Laboratory partners to move them forward. Provide high-touch support for priority or sensitive cases to help ensure a positive customer experience. Support sustaining product operations, including documentation maintenance and updates, process coordination, and identifying opportunities to improve related processes. Use AI and analytics tools to track, analyze, and report on operational and product performance metrics, and surface trends and recommendations for the team.

Support validation and quality activities, including data review and cleanup, in partnership with Laboratory, Quality, and Regulatory teams. Attend and support core team meetings, working cross-functionally with Product Management, Clinical/Medical, Laboratory, Operations, Sales Marketing, Regulatory, and Business Development. QUALIFICATIONS: Bachelor's degree required, preferably in molecular biology, genetics, bioinformatics, or biological sciences.

Advanced degree preferred. This role is designed for early-career professionals with 1-2 years of professional experience. Experience in product management, product marketing, program management, laboratory, clinical trials, genetic counseling, customer support, or related role is a plus. Experience in the life sciences, biotechnology, genetic testing, or diagnostics industries preferred. Familiarity with transplant, nephrology, or cell-free DNA technology preferred.

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES: Familiarity with basic genetics required. Ability to quickly learn complex technical and clinical concepts and communicate them clearly. Ability to collaborate and interact effectively with individuals across functional areas. Excellent written and oral communication skills. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and follow issues through to resolution. Comfort working with data and modern tools, including AI and analytics tools, to track metrics and improve processes.

Experience with or willingness to learn LIMS and case management systems. A collaborative, low-ego working style, and willingness to do both visible and behind-the-scenes work. The pay range is listed and actual compensation packages are based on a wide array of factors unique to each candidate, including but not limited to skill set, years depth of experience, certifications and specific office location. This may differ in other locations due to cost of labor considerations.
