Growth Product Manager
Lyrebird HealthThis Product Manager role focuses on growth within a healthcare AI platform. You will own specific business outcomes and conversion targets for clinicians using automated medical documentation tools.
What you’d own
- Full ownership of a stream's North Star metric
- Funnel conversion and activation levers
- Growth-led discovery and validation paths
- Product decisions, design calls, and adoption curves
Who it’s for
A fit if you…
- ✓You have a track record of owning P&L or growth-level accountability
- ✓You prefer shipping imperfect products to learn fast over exhaustive discovery
- ✓You can translate between clinical reality, engineering trade-offs, and commercial forecasts
- ✓You have experience with funnel conversion and activation targets
Not for you if…
- ✗You prefer a highly structured process over high-agency ownership
- ✗You want to focus on roadmap management rather than being accountable for numbers
- ✗You prefer long discovery cycles over rapid shipping and learning
Reading between the lines
- The phrase 'accountable for the number, not the roadmap' implies a high-pressure environment where success is measured strictly by conversion metrics.
- The mention of a 'finite window' to set the standard suggests an aggressive, time-sensitive execution style.
- The requirement to 'move fluidly... without hiding in process' implies a lean team where you will be expected to handle many responsibilities without heavy administrative support.

About Lyrebird Health
See all roles →Lyrebird Health makes an AI medical scribe that listens in the background during a consultation and drafts the clinical note in the practitioner's own style, then pushes it into the medical record. It goes further than note-taking, generating referral letters, certificates, care plans and the specific Australian paperwork clinicians dread, including CCMPs, MHTPs, Centrelink, WorkCover and NDIS forms. Customers are GPs, specialists, allied health providers and clinic groups, sold by subscription with a 14-day trial. Founded in Australia in 2023, it raised a $12 million round in 2025 to expand into the UK and Middle East. The interesting product problem is depth of EMR integration, with exclusive hooks into Best Practice and Genie/Gentu, plus onshore data handling and a no-training-on-your-data policy.
