Who it’s for
A fit if you…
✓You have 7-10 years of experience in SaaS or enterprise platform products.
✓You possess deep knowledge of the healthcare market, including payers and providers.
✓You can navigate complex technical architectures like APIs, data models, and event-driven workflows.
✓You excel at influencing cross-functional teams without direct authority.
Not for you if…
✗You prefer simple, standalone features over complex, interconnected system architecture.
✗You prefer a role with clear project management tasks rather than high-ambiguity product strategy.
✗You are uncomfortable working within highly regulated environments (HIPAA/PHI) or technical constraints.
Reading between the lines
The emphasis on 'systems thinking' and 'interconnected platforms' suggests a heavy focus on backend infrastructure over front-end UI.
The requirement to 'challenge requests and assumptions' indicates a need for high autonomy and the ability to push back on stakeholders.
The inclusion of 'responsible AI' as a core responsibility implies that ethical guardrails are a primary constraint on product development.

Lirio is a patient-engagement platform that combines behavioral science with agentic AI to send individually tailored health nudges, a technique it brands Precision Nudging. Its customers are healthcare organizations like health systems, payers, life sciences companies, and retail pharmacies that use Lirio to close care gaps, boost enrollment, and improve outcomes such as vaccination and medication adherence.
