Legion

1 open role

Legion is a workforce management platform for hourly businesses such as retailers and restaurants. It forecasts demand, builds schedules automatically and lets employees swap shifts, communicate and access pay through a mobile app, with the goal of turning hourly jobs into good jobs. The company has raised roughly $195 million in total, including a $50 million growth round led by Riverwood Capital in 2024, and sells to multi-location employers. Its own description of the culture is fast-paced and ownership-driven. For a product manager, the interest is balancing manager efficiency with employee flexibility, with AI-driven automation increasingly central.
