LeafLink is a B2B wholesale marketplace for the legal cannabis industry, connecting brands, distributors, and retailers so dispensaries can browse menus, place orders, pay via ACH or net terms, and arrange logistics in one place instead of juggling spreadsheets and phone calls. On top of the marketplace it layers payments, financing, insights, advertising, and third-party logistics, effectively acting as the operating and financial rails for wholesale cannabis commerce. Founded in 2016, it says it handles a large share of US wholesale cannabis transactions across 30-plus markets and thousands of brands and retailers. It's a venture-backed team operating in a highly regulated, compliance-heavy, still-federally-illegal industry, which makes it an unusual and constraint-rich environment for a PM who likes hard operational problems.
