Location Type: Remote Location: Brussels; London; Dublin; Lisbon; Porto; Paris; Barcelona; Amsterdam; Madrid; Vienna ; Luxembourg; Prague; Berlin; Warsaw; Milan; Antwerp Employment Type: FullTime Department: Product (Internal) ABOUT KEYROCK Since our beginnings in 2017, we've grown to be a leading change-maker in the digital asset space, renowned for our partnerships and innovation. Today, we rock with over 250 team members around the world. Our diverse team hails from 42 nationalities, with backgrounds ranging from DeFi natives to PhDs. Predominantly remote, we have hubs in London, Madrid, Brussels, Singapore , New York and Paris, and host regular online and offline hangouts to keep the crew tight. We are trading on more than 80 exchanges, and working with a wide array of asset issuers. As a well-established market maker, our distinctive expertise led us to expand rapidly. Today, our services span market making, options trading, high-frequency trading, OTC, and DeFi trading desks as well as asset and wealth management. Keyrock is looking to expand and establish itself as a full-service capital markets and asset & wealth management financial institution through both organic innovation and inorganic growth. But we’re more than a service provider. We’re an initiator. We have been pioneers in adopting the Rust Development language for our algorithmic trading systems, and champions of its use in the industry. We upgrade Web3 ecosystems by injecting liquidity into promising DeFi, RWA, and NFT protocols. And we push the industry's progress with our research and governance initiatives. At Keyrock, we're not just envisioning the future of digital assets. We're actively building it. THE MISSION We are seeking a Product Manager to lead our Platform’s Back Office squad. The engine room that ensures our global trading operations are scalable, transparent, and bulletproof. In this role, you are the architect of order. You don't just manage a backlog; you are a master of discovery who thrives on turning operational chaos into streamlined, automated flows. You will sit at the critical intersection of Trade Ops, Finance, and Risk, acting as the primary translator between complex business requirements and high-performance engineering. You will also coordinate with our other squads including risk management data layer or mica compliance among others. Like a seasoned cartographer, you will visualize existing "invisible" processes, identify where value is leaking, and build the "sources of truth" (books, inventories, and settlement logics) that allow Keyrock to scale safely in a regulated, multi-asset world. KEY OUTCOMES A successful candidate will be measured by their ability to deliver tangible impact across these critical areas in the first 12 months: - Audit and visualize end-to-end settlement and trade support flows to define a clear technical roadmap. - Build and drive adoption of centralized books and inventories to eliminate fragmented data. - Reduce manual work and shorten time to close for financial reporting through automation. - Align Risk, Finance, and Trade Ops requirements through a unified product discovery process. - Ensure our products support MiCA and counterparty data requirements by design. CAPABILITIES (WHAT YOU BRING) Essential - Discovery & Mapping: Practitioner of Opportunity Solution Trees and User Story Maps. You navigate the key risks (Value, Usability, Feasibility, Viability) and use experiments to validate assumptions. - Systemic Visualization: Ability to extract knowledge from busy operators and turn messy workflows into clear system diagrams and technical specifications. - Crypto & TradFi Trading Literacy: Deep understanding of trade lifecycles, settlement logic, and how exchange executions translate into ledger truth. - Connectivity & Data Fluency: Comfortable discussing REST APIs, database schemas, and custodian integrations to support Finance and Risk. - High tolerance for "blank page" problems. You thrive when building processes where none, or only partial ones, exist. Beneficial - Prior experience with middle and back-office tools, ERPs, or accounting engines in TradFi and Crypto. - Proven track record of automating manual processes to handle 10x volume increases. - Minimum knowledge of data products and systems to effectively challenge engineering trade-offs. - Interest in using AI to accelerate discovery, documentation, and data analysis, as well as incorporating it into our solutions. WHY JOIN - Impact: Build the core infrastructure that enables a global market leader to operate at scale. - Culture: Join a humble, high-performance environment that values "Strong Opinions, Weakly Held" and radical transparency. - Growth: Work at the absolute frontier of digital assets, where TradFi rigor meets Crypto innovation. - Flexibility: Remote-friendly, flexible setup, and a competitive package. NEXT STEPS If you are a product leader who finds beauty in order, thrives on solving "unsexy" but mission-critical problems, and wants to build the backbone of a global liquidity provider, we want to hear from you.
