Keycard is an identity and access control plane for AI agents — it gives an agent a verifiable identity, issues short-lived credentials scoped to the task at hand, enforces policy at the moment access is requested, and logs every tool call to a queryable audit trail. The problem it solves is that agents today inherit a human's full token, so nothing can scope, revoke, or trace what they did. It sells to engineering and security teams putting agentic workloads into production, and integrates with existing identity infrastructure like Okta and SPIFFE. Founded by former Snyk and Okta leaders, it came out of stealth in October 2025 with $38M and hires remotely across the US.
