Lead, Product Management

Kettle

This Senior Product Manager role at an agency focuses on leading complex, multi-stream engagements for consumer brands. You will bridge the gap between client goals and cross-functional execution across both B2B and B2C products.

What you’d own

  • End-to-end engagement lifecycle from discovery to post-launch
  • Product roadmaps, sprint planning, and execution
  • Requirements gathering (JTBD, user stories, acceptance criteria)
  • Mentorship and development of junior product managers

Who it’s for

A fit if you…

  • ✓Experience in agency or product environments with complex projects
  • ✓Proven ability to manage client relationships and expectations
  • ✓Skilled at translating research into actionable product direction
  • ✓Comfortable working with AI tools and AI-powered features

Not for you if…

  • ✗You prefer a single-product focus rather than multi-client agency work
  • ✗You prefer to avoid direct client management or stakeholder negotiation
  • ✗You are not comfortable integrating AI into your daily workflow

Reading between the lines

  • The mention of 'multi-stream engagements' and 'agency environment' suggests you will juggle multiple different clients/products simultaneously.
  • The requirement to be the 'connective tissue' implies a high volume of internal and external communication to keep teams aligned.

Kettle is a digital creative agency that designs and builds digital products and content-led experiences for large brands. It works across design and technology, with product design, interaction design and design system work a big part of the mix. As an agency, it earns revenue from client projects, and its team is spread across several US locations, with some remote roles. A PM here would be steering client work rather than a single in-house product.
