Kaseya makes IT management and security software for managed service providers and internal IT teams, bundled into a unified platform (Kaseya 365) that spans endpoint management, backup and recovery, security, networking, compliance, and IT operations. The pitch is consolidation: replacing a dozen point tools with one integrated stack to cut costs and reduce switching overhead. Founded in 2000, it serves roughly 40,000 customers across 150 countries and manages tens of millions of endpoints, and it grew aggressively through acquisitions including the $6.2B Datto deal in 2022. It is a large, established company majority-owned by Insight Partners. For PMs, this is enterprise software at scale with a broad, fast-moving product portfolio.
