Customers are engineering and recruiting teams at large enterprises and tech companies (Compass, Intuit, Mastercard, Citi, Goldman Sachs) that want a higher, more comparable hiring bar without burning their own engineers' time. Founded in 2014, the company has run over 600,000 interviews and has expanded into AI-readiness evaluation and broader workforce intelligence. It hires remotely across select US states and Bangalore, with a culture it describes as collaborative and inclusive.
