Senior Product Manager– Internal Processes (Contract, Remote)

INFUSE

This Senior Product Manager role focuses on internal product strategy and business process engineering for an enterprise-facing digital company. You will build the systems and tools that power the organization's internal operations.

What you’d own

  • End-to-end lifecycle of internal products and tools
  • Business process analysis and re-engineering
  • AI-driven workflow automation and prototyping
  • Alignment between business stakeholders and technical teams

Who it’s for

A fit if you…

  • You have 5+ years of experience managing internal products or complex projects
  • You are proficient in no-code/low-code tools (Zapier, Make, Bubble) and AI implementation
  • You enjoy turning messy business processes into automated, scalable workflows
  • You can work independently on niche projects with high autonomy

Not for you if…

  • You prefer a standard 9-to-5 schedule (this role requires late evening hours)
  • You want to build customer-facing features rather than internal infrastructure
  • You prefer a highly structured environment with clear, pre-defined tasks

Reading between the lines

  • The requirement for 'no-code/low-code' and 'AI tools' suggests you will be expected to act as a technical generalist who can ship solutions without always waiting on engineering.
  • The emphasis on 're-engineering processes' implies the current internal systems may be inefficient or manual, requiring significant cleanup work.
  • The mention of 'covering niche projects independently' suggests a high degree of ambiguity and a need for self-directed prioritization.
