Sr. Product Manager - Perioperative and Procedural Solutions
IMO HealthThis Senior Product Manager role oversees the strategy and roadmap for perioperative and procedural software solutions. You will manage a portfolio of products that standardize fragmented surgical data to improve clinical workflows and revenue integrity.
What you’d own
- Strategy, roadmap, and market positioning for perioperative solutions
- Product lifecycle management across engineering and client services
- Business cases for growth opportunities using AI and clinical assets
- Pricing strategy in partnership with sales and finance
Who it’s for
A fit if you…
- ✓You have 5+ years of experience in healthcare provider settings or related product functions
- ✓You possess deep knowledge of clinical terminology (CPT, ICD-10-PCS) and revenue cycle processes
- ✓You have experience with enterprise platforms like Epic or Oracle Health/Cerner
- ✓You are comfortable navigating complex stakeholder environments including surgeons and HIM teams
Not for you if…
- ✗You prefer a purely technical product role without heavy emphasis on clinical terminology and regulatory standards
- ✗You want to avoid high-touch stakeholder management with diverse groups like anesthesia leaders and coding teams
- ✗You are looking for a role without any travel requirements
Reading between the lines
- The mention of 'competing priorities' and 'rapidly evolving landscape' suggests you will need to manage significant ambiguity in roadmap prioritization.
- The requirement to partner with 'content licensors' and 'standards organizations' implies a heavy focus on external ecosystem dependencies rather than just internal features.
