Lead Product Manager - Identity & Access Management

Humana

This Senior Product Manager role focuses on identity and access management (XIAM) within a large healthcare organization. You will lead the strategy and modernization of authentication and security flows across multiple brands.

What you’d own

  • Omni-channel XIAM capabilities including MFA, SSO, and account recovery
  • Integrated product backlog for multiple business units and platforms
  • Modernization of shared identity platforms to reduce fragmentation
  • Cross-portfolio roadmap alignment across insurance and healthcare brands

Who it’s for

A fit if you…

  • ✓You have experience in identity and access management (CIAM/XIAM)
  • ✓You excel at navigating complex, multi-brand enterprise environments
  • ✓You can balance security requirements with low-friction user experiences
  • ✓You are skilled at managing large-scale technical debt and modernization

Not for you if…

  • ✗You prefer a single-product focus rather than a multi-brand portfolio
  • ✗You prefer high-autonomy roles without heavy governance or compliance constraints
  • ✗You prefer fast-moving, low-regulation environments over healthcare systems

Reading between the lines

  • The mention of 'resolving cross-portfolio dependencies' and 'competing priorities' suggests a high degree of internal negotiation and stakeholder management.
  • The focus on 'modernization' and 'reducing fragmentation' implies the current infrastructure is likely legacy or fragmented.
