HighLevelThis Staff Product Manager role focuses on growth for an AI-powered marketing platform. You will lead the email charter, specifically targeting activation, retention, and product-led expansion for a large B2B SaaS user base.
What you’d own
- Email onboarding funnels and campaign setup wizards
- Product-led growth (PLG) loops and viral mechanics
- High-velocity A/B testing and experimentation pipelines
- Feature adoption, pricing tiers, and monetization models
Who it’s for
A fit if you…
- ✓You have 8+ years of experience in B2B SaaS product management.
- ✓You have a proven track record in growth, PLG, or funnel optimization.
- ✓You are an expert in product analytics tools and SQL-based data analysis.
- ✓You have experience with marketing automation or CRM platforms.
Not for you if…
- ✗You prefer building core infrastructure over optimizing growth funnels.
- ✗You prefer a slow, deliberate release cycle over high-velocity experimentation.
- ✗You prefer working without heavy cross-functional coordination across marketing and success teams.
Reading between the lines
- The focus on 'sub-accounts' and 'agencies' suggests a multi-tenant architecture where you must manage complex, nested user hierarchies.
- The emphasis on 'campaign creation velocity' as a North Star indicates a high priority on reducing friction in the initial setup phase.
