Staff Product Manager - Agency Revenue Growth

HighLevel

This Staff Product Manager role oversees the Agency Revenue Suite for a large-scale business operating system. You will lead growth strategy and execution for agencies building their own SaaS businesses.

What you’d own

  • Strategy and roadmap for SaaS Mode, Reselling, and Rebilling
  • Measurement strategy including instrumentation and customer health frameworks
  • Growth mechanisms for onboarding, activation, and retention
  • Mentorship of Product Managers and growth methodologies

Who it’s for

A fit if you…

  • You have 10+ years of experience in product management with a focus on SaaS growth
  • You are an expert in product-led growth (PLG) metrics like activation, retention, and churn
  • You can partner with Data Science to build predictive models and automated dashboards
  • You have experience influencing cross-functional stakeholders without direct authority

Not for you if…

  • You prefer a small, nimble team where you do everything yourself rather than managing complex stakeholder alignment
  • You prefer a purely creative role and want to avoid heavy reliance on data science and analytical frameworks
  • You are looking for a role with a narrow scope rather than owning an entire ecosystem of products

Reading between the lines

  • The emphasis on 'measurement systems,' 'churn prediction,' and 'instrumentation' suggests you will spend significant time on data infrastructure before shipping features.
  • The requirement to 'influence... without direct authority' implies a highly matrixed organization where getting things done requires heavy negotiation.
