It's a B2B2C healthcare play reimbursed through health plans rather than sold direct, serving 2.2 million members across employer plans, Medicaid managed care, Medicare Advantage, and commercial insurers, with 99% of members paying nothing out of pocket. Founded in 2010 (formerly Zipongo), it raised a $200M investment led by TPG's Rise Fund in 2024 to scale.
