Technical Product Manager

EasySoftGroup

This Product Manager role focuses on infrastructure-heavy integrations, specifically managing APIs, SDKs, and bi-directional data flows to connect the platform with third-party systems and external partners.

What you’d own

  • Integration strategy, standards, and technical capabilities
  • Product lifecycle for Integrations and SDK products
  • Inbound data ingestion and outbound data publishing
  • Technical requirements for authentication (OAuth 2.0, JWT) and data models

Who it’s for

A fit if you…

  • ✓You have 3+ years of experience specifically managing APIs or integration products.
  • ✓You can translate complex technical concepts like payload structures into clear product decisions.
  • ✓You are comfortable working directly with enterprise customers to design technical solutions.

Not for you if…

  • ✗You prefer high-level product marketing over deep technical specifications (JSON, XML, GraphQL).
  • ✗You prefer a stable, slow-moving environment without the 'startup mindset' and changing priorities.
  • ✗You prefer to stay away from security/DevSecOps requirements or infrastructure-heavy work.

Reading between the lines

  • The mention of 'startup mindset' and 'ambiguity' suggests you will need to be self-sufficient in defining processes where they don't yet exist.
  • The requirement to partner with Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success implies a high volume of internal stakeholder management.

  • Partner with Sales, Customer Success, Marketing, and Enablement teams to understand customer needs and incorporate the Voice of the Customer into product strategy.
  • Develop and support the go-to-market strategy for attracting third-party integration users, developers, and technology partners to the ecosystem.
  • Identify opportunities for product improvements and new integration capabilities based on customer feedback, market trends, analytics, and industry best practices.
  • Apply a strong security and DevSecOps mindset when defining integration solutions and technical requirements.

WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR:

  • 5+ years of overall software industry experience, including at least 3+ years working with product APIs.
  • Strong experience as a Technical Product Manager, API Product Manager, Integration Product Manager, or similar technical product role.
  • Hands-on understanding of designing and managing workflows involving:
  • REST APIs
  • GraphQL
  • Webhooks / real-time integrations
  • Strong understanding of bi-directional data flows and data structures, including JSON and XML.
  • Practical knowledge of modern authentication and authorization mechanisms such as:
  • OAuth 2.0
  • JWT
  • API Keys
  • Experience designing solutions with or for Integration Platform as a Service (iPaaS) products such as Workato, MuleSoft, Zapier, or similar platforms.
  • Experience working directly with customers to design and implement technical solutions based on their business requirements.
  • Experience partnering with Sales, Customer Success, Enablement, and Engineering teams and acting as an accountable product stakeholder for APIs and integrations.
  • Strong analytical and data-driven approach to product decision-making.
  • Solid understanding of software development processes and the ability to work effectively with engineering and technical leadership.
  • A strong security mindset, including familiarity with DevSecOps principles.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder-management skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with both highly technical and executive audiences.
  • Strong ownership mentality and the ability to lead cross-functional teams toward high-quality, timely delivery.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with ambiguity, changing priorities, and a startup mindset.
  • High emotional intelligence, curiosity, and a collaborative approach.
  • Knowledge of Influencer Marketing platforms, processes, and workflows is a plus.

WHAT WE OFFER:

  • People: Work alongside talented, collaborative, and friendly professionals who are passionate about what they do.
  • Learning & Development: Access to learning platforms, training, and resources to support your professional growth.
  • Work-life balance: 15 days of vacation, floating and company holidays, wellness benefits, and paid parental leave.
  • Comprehensive benefits: Medical, dental, vision, life, and disability insurance, plus additional wellness benefits.
  • 401(k): A retirement savings plan to help you plan for the future.
  • Work-from-home support: A stipend to help you create a comfortable and productive home office.

WHY JOIN?

This is an opportunity to have a direct impact on a highly technical, integration-driven product used by global brands and agencies.
You will work at the intersection of Product, Engineering, APIs, Data, Customers, and the broader creator technology ecosystem, with significant ownership over how the platform connects with external systems and partners.
If you enjoy solving complex integration challenges, translating technical concepts into great products, and building scalable ecosystems, we’d love to hear from you.
