About CruxOCM

CruxOCM builds autonomous control software for industrial control rooms, primarily oil and gas pipelines and gathering systems. Rather than recommending actions, its pipeBOT and OPT products execute operating procedures directly against validated physics models while operators keep authority and a full audit trail, which the company says lifts throughput 2-7% on existing infrastructure. Customers include North American midstream operators such as ONEOK, Enbridge, Phillips 66 and Energy Transfer. Founded in 2018 in Calgary by two control engineers, it stays small and is backed by Microsoft's M12 fund. This is a PM job about earning trust in a setting where a wrong action is a safety event.
