Carefeed is an operations platform built specifically for senior living and long-term care communities, pulling admissions, e-signatures, secure family and resident communication, billing and payments, surveys, and staff training into one system. It is designed to sit alongside the EHR and HRIS tools these facilities already run, integrating with PointClickCare, Yardi, UKG, Epic, and others rather than replacing them. The customers are skilled nursing and senior living operators across the US and Canada who want to cut paperwork and coordinate work across departments. Founded in 2020 and based in Cincinnati, Carefeed is a small, early-stage healthcare software company, which means a PM here gets broad surface area across a multi-product platform in a regulated, workflow-heavy space.
