Full job description
Location Type: Remote Location: Portugal; Spain; Malta Employment Type: FullTime Department: Product ABOUT BLOCK LABS Block Labs is a premier technology studio operating at the bleeding edge of Web3, Artificial Intelligence, and iGaming. We don't just ship features; we engineer high-scale, production-grade platforms that power the next generation of digital products. We are a collective of senior engineers, product strategists, and builders who refuse to compromise on architecture. Whether we are designing autonomous multi-agent AI systems, building decentralized financial infrastructure, or architecting high-frequency iGaming platforms, our standard is excellence. We move fast, but we build for the long term. If you are looking to work alongside a team that values deep technical expertise, thoughtful system design, and product ownership, Block Labs is where you belong. THE ROLE We are hiring a Product Manager to lead the Agent Execution Layer within our iGaming white-label ecosystem. In this role, you define how our agent intelligence "acts" and exactly what information it has access to. You are responsible for two core pillars: owning the product design, rollout, and orchestration of the Signal Layer and Agent Systems. You will design and ship agents that are both User-Facing (e.g., resolving player issues in real-time) and Internal/Operational (e.g., optimizing back-office execution and company-wide processes). The Agent PM acts as the orchestrator of autonomous action. You will gather requirements and use cases PMs who own our core modules (Casino, CRM, Cashier, etc.) and work directly with developers to turn complex data and workflows into autonomous actions. Crucially, you are the safeguard of the system architecture, ensuring that Signals, decision engines, and agents remain cleanly separated and reusable across all products. THE AGENT & SIGNAL SYSTEM You will manage the system that turns raw casino and player data into automated business outcomes: - The Signal Layer: You define the "senses" of the platform. You are responsible for the logic and semantics of the unified intelligence layer—determining which data points from disparate sources must be synthesized into actionable signals. - The Agent Execution Layer: You define the roadmap and the decision-logic for the "doers." You bridge the gap between intelligence and action, designing the workflows for autonomous agents that solve high-friction player problems and streamline operator tasks. WHAT YOU’LL OWN - Agent Roadmap & Orchestration: Translating requirements from Module PMs into a clear development roadmap for our autonomous workforce. - Full-Trace Observability: Defining the requirements for monitoring and tracing agent decisions. You ensure we have visibility into why an agent made a specific choice at any given node. - Semantic Strategy & Governance: Design the logic and "meaning" for a shared Signal Library. You define exactly what data matters, how it is calculated, and ensure these signals are governed and documented within a centralised Feature Catalog. - Autonomous Workflows: Designing and managing the lifecycle of autonomous workflows—from Automated CS Resolution to Withdrawal Review Agents and Fraud Review Agents. - Operational Performance: Establishing the bar for agent accuracy, resolution rates, and ROI. You are responsible for the material performance and "business intelligence" of the autonomous workforce. WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING - Map Decision Paths: Work alongside other PMs to define the logical requirements an agent needs to resolve an issue, escalate it, or trigger a secondary process. - Gather Signal Requirements: Collaborate with product teams to identify high-value use cases. You will rigorously collect and document definitions, required latency, and source systems for all data signals. - Manage the AI Backlog: Prioritize features and agentic capabilities based on business ROI, technical readiness and company’s objectives. - Define Success Criteria: Establish clear, measurable KPIs for agent accuracy, resolution rates, and operational performance. - Orchestrate Delivery: Work directly with AI and Data developers to bring your process maps to life. Your job is to define the "What" and "Why"—their job is the "How." - Iterative Refinement: Use full-trace observability to identify where logic breaks or where additional signals are needed, constantly iterating on agent performance. EXPERIENCE WE’RE LOOKING FOR Required: - 3+ years in Technical Product Management, ideally with a background in Software Engineering. - Experience shipping agentic AI products: You have put autonomous agents into production that handled real workflows and drove measurable business outcomes. - Data Fluency: Deep understanding of data triggers across multiple sources; ability to define the "digested" signals required for high-stakes decision engines. - Logic-First Mindset: Demonstrated ability to map out complex decision trees and identify the exact context needed to automate them from end-to-end. - Technical Leadership: Experience working directly with AI/ML, Data Engineering, and Backend teams to ship logic-heavy, production-grade products. - Agentic Frameworks: Familiarity with agentic AI patterns and tooling (e.g., LLM agents, tool use, LangChain, OpenAI functions, memory systems) Preferred: - iGaming / Casino Experience: Understanding of operator workflows and common friction points is a significant plus. - Experience in a B2B or White-Label environment, managing stakeholder requirements from external tenants. What kind of culture can I expect? Mature, mission-driven, and low-ego. We value clarity over noise, outcomes over theatrics, and pace without chaos. If you’re one of the smartest minds in your craft and want to build with other experts, you’ll feel at home here.
