Senior Product Manager, Clinical and Imaging

Archy is a Series C vertical SaaS solution revolutionizing the dental practice management space — giving dental providers AI agents and software that let them do what they do best (be dentists!) while we handle the more technical sides of running their practice business. Job Description Archy is seeking a hands-on, strategic product manager to own and evolve our suite of clinical products powering dental patient care. Today, clinical teams lose time to slow charting, imaging stuck in separate systems, and clinical notes written up after hours. Archy fixes this: one clinical workspace, built right into the practice management system, with fast tooth and periodontal (gum) charting, treatment planning, native X-ray imaging, and an AI scribe that drafts the clinical note. As the PM for our clinical products, you'll own the product vision and roadmap for this product area, working in partnership with engineering and design to give dentists the best clinical tools so they can provide the best possible care to their patients. You’ll stay on top of the science and novel technologies enabling new clinical capabilities, like advanced imaging, and turn them into products clinicians trust. You'll partner closely with sales, customer success, and marketing to make sure Archy’s clinical and imaging products are a major reason dental practices choose, love, and stay with Archy. This is a high-ownership, large scope role for someone who's excited to build the best dental clinical products on the market within a growth-stage startup. Job Responsibilities - Own the end-to-end product vision, strategy, and roadmap for Archy’s clinical products, spanning charting, treatment planning, clinical documentation, and imaging, and shape where they go next as AI and new technologies expand what's possible chairside. - Lead cross-functionally with clarity: provide direction amid ambiguity, make decisive tradeoffs, and align your engineering, design, and GTM partners around a shared plan. - Spend real time with dentists, hygienists, and assistants to deeply understand clinical workflows. Listen to customers, collaborate with customer-facing teams, and monitor the competitive landscape to translate pain points into product requirements and competitive intel into opportunities. - Partner with the go-to-market (GTM) teams to roll out and market new capabilities to prospective and existing customers. - Establish product analytics and success metrics to measure impact, identify friction points, and continually improve the product. - Collaborate with Archy's regulatory affairs specialist to ensure the product meets the compliance and security bar for clinical software, including FDA and HIPAA requirements. - Ensure the product meets the compliance and security bar for clinical software, including FDA and HIPAA requirements. - Actively integrate AI into your workflows to level up quality and speed; evaluate and incorporate relevant new AI capabilities into the product, from voice to diagnostics. - Maintain clear technical documentation and communicate product requirements, milestones, and strategic tradeoffs to cross-functional stakeholders and leadership. Job Requirements - 6+ years of product management experience, including 2+ years at a fast-growing startup, ideally building B2B software that professionals rely on for their core daily work. Experience with healthcare or clinical products, or with software that integrates with hardware, is a plus. - Experience shipping AI/ML features to production. Voice/speech AI, computer vision, or medical imaging is a strong plus. - A real curiosity about how clinicians work and modern clinical technologies. Dental or clinical background is a bonus. - Proven ability to collaborate and influence cross-functionally across engineering, design, and GTM teams to translate ambiguous problems into impactful products. - Technical curiosity and analytical proficiency, with regular use of AI and analytics tools to unlock new capabilities and drive measurable business outcomes. - An absolute ownership mindset, displaying high adaptability, exceptional communication skills, and a strong bias toward action in a fast-paced environment.
