What you’d own
Digital strategy and roadmap execution
Cross-functional leadership of distributed global teams
Prioritization of release content and timelines
KPI development and business value measurement
Who it’s for
A fit if you…
✓You have 4+ years of experience in customer-facing product management and consulting
✓You are comfortable influencing executive leads and managing global stakeholders
✓You have a strong background in user research and facilitating workshops
✓You are proficient in Agile and Lean methodologies
Not for you if…
✗You prefer working on a single internal product rather than varied client engagements
✗You prefer a self-contained team without the need to manage distributed global resources
✗You prefer a hands-off approach to stakeholder management and consulting
Reading between the lines
The 'professional services model' implies you will likely rotate across different clients or industries rather than owning one long-term product.
The requirement to 'initiate corrective action' regarding resource use suggests a high level of accountability for delivery and project management metrics.

Cross-Functional Leadership: Act as the cross-functional product lead for distributed teams across the US, LATAM, India, Canada, and Romania. Work with engineering leads to ensure scalable, secure, and feasible AI-powered solutions.
