Lead Product Manager, Revenue OS Platform Commercialization

Zoom

This Lead Product Manager role focuses on building the orchestration layer for AI agents within a revenue lifecycle. You will lead the strategy for complex, agentic workflows in an enterprise SaaS context.

What you’d own

  • Vision and roadmap for agentic orchestration
  • Orchestration architecture, reasoning systems, and tool use
  • Full product path from insight to commercialization
  • Prototyping with customers to validate product-market fit

Who it’s for

A fit if you…

  • You have 8-10 years of experience delivering complex zero-to-one products
  • You possess deep technical fluency in agentic systems, context management, and evaluation
  • You can translate ambiguous technical possibilities into clear product strategies
  • You have experience in enterprise SaaS, CRM, or workflow automation

Not for you if…

  • You prefer well-defined requirements over turning 'deeply ambiguous' technical possibilities into strategy
  • You lack the technical depth to partner with senior AI/ML engineering teams on reasoning systems
  • You prefer working on established features rather than zero-to-one product development

Reading between the lines

  • The emphasis on 'zero-to-one' and 'ambiguous technical possibilities' suggests a high degree of autonomy and a need for self-direction.
  • The requirement to partner with customers for prototyping implies you will be expected to lead direct discovery and validation efforts.

Location: Remote (US) Employment Type: Full time Requisition ID: R19571 What you can expect As Lead Product Manager for Revenue OS Platform Commercialization, you'll shape how Revenue OS evolves from a powerful application suite into an extensible platform that customers, developers, and AI agents can build on and transact with. You'll own the data foundations, APIs, integrations, and headless capabilities at the core of this transformation, working at the intersection of platform architecture, AI orchestration, and commercial strategy. Partnering with Engineering, AI/ML, Design, and Go-To-Market, you'll turn complex orchestration challenges into simple, trusted products with measurable business impact. This is a high-visibility role where your platform decisions shape an emerging revenue category for Zoom. About the Team We build the AI layer powering Zoom's revenue products. Our team spans engineering, design, and go-to-market, working together to ship intelligent workflows that turn AI capability into measurable customer value. We operate at the frontier of what's possible, balancing speed and craft to deliver platform foundations that scale. Responsibilities Define and ship the headless Revenue OS strategy, including APIs, MCP protocols, and agent-facing capabilities, establishing how capabilities are packaged, discovered, and monetized. Own the revenue data foundation across identity, object models, relationships, permissions, and data quality, partnering with engineering to connect people, accounts, opportunities, activities, and outcomes. Build an integration and extensibility platform that connects Revenue OS to CRM, communication systems, data warehouses, and ecosystem partners through a scalable, standards-based model. Define the primitives, context, and actions that enable internal and external AI agents to reason over revenue data and safely execute work across systems. Drive the vision and roadmap for agentic orchestration, translating evolving AI capabilities into a clear, durable product strategy aligned with commercial outcomes. Partner with Engineering, AI/ML, and Design on orchestration architecture, reasoning systems, tool use, reliability, and human-in-the-loop design to make sophisticated systems feel simple and controllable. Own the full product path from insight through launch, adoption, packaging, and commercialization, working closely with Go-To-Market partners. Create an excellent developer and partner experience, from authentication and documentation to observability, governance, and lifecycle management. What we’re looking for Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent field, or equivalent experience, with 8-10 years of proven product management experience at Lead PM scope, including delivery of complex zero-to-one products. Solid experience building AI-native products, agents, orchestration systems, or intelligent workflows. Strong product sense and UX judgment applied to technically complex systems, with a track record of making sophisticated capabilities feel simple and trustworthy to end users. Deep understanding of agentic systems including context management, reasoning, orchestration, tool use, evaluation, permissions, and human oversight, combined with technical fluency to partner credibly with senior Engineering and AI/ML teams. Commercial instincts around differentiation, adoption, packaging, and monetization, with the ability to translate deeply ambiguous technical possibilities into clear product strategy and elegant customer experiences. Background in enterprise SaaS, revenue technology, CRM, or workflow automation is a strong plus.
