This Senior Product Manager role focuses on the technical architecture of healthcare data integrations. You will manage the flow of clinical and claims data between EMRs, payers, and practices within a value-based care model.
What you’d own
Data mapping, user stories, and acceptance criteria for integration flows
Product roadmap for real-time clinical and claims data updates
Interoperability standards including FHIR and HL7 messaging
Vendor and partner relationships for third-party data exchange
Who it’s for
A fit if you…
✓You have 5+ years of experience in healthcare data products
✓You possess deep technical knowledge of FHIR and HL7 protocols
✓You have a background in value-based care or claims processing
✓You are skilled at managing complex stakeholder relationships with payers and providers
Not for you if…
✗You prefer generalist product roles without heavy technical data mapping requirements
✗You lack experience with specific healthcare interoperability standards (FHIR/HL7)
✗You prefer a role focused on front-end UX rather than back-end data pipelines
Reading between the lines
The emphasis on 'real-time' and 'continuous updates' suggests a need for high-reliability systems where data latency is a critical failure point.
The requirement to manage both internal stakeholders and external partners (payers, practices) implies a role with significant external-facing coordination.
