Full job description
Location Type: Remote Location: United States Employment Type: FullTime Department: Go-To-Market Compensation: $82.5K – $126.5K I'm Matt Crawley https://www.linkedin.com/in/matthewcrawley, Manager of Product Success, Pro/Enterprise at Teamworks. My team owns the implementation and ongoing success of our Performance suite, including High Performance, Strength and Conditioning, and Nutrition, across professional and enterprise sports organizations. We work with organizations ranging from UFC and WWE to NFL, NHL, MLB, and NBA franchises, national sporting federations, and Olympic committees, and we're growing the team to deepen coverage across all three performance domains. We're hiring Product Success Managers to join this team. Depending on your background and where your expertise is deepest, you'll anchor in one of our three core performance products, High Performance, Strength and Conditioning, or Nutrition, while building working knowledge across the full suite. The work is consistent across all three: own your accounts, drive adoption, build relationships with performance staff, and ensure the organizations we serve are getting real value from the platform. THE ROLE - Own a portfolio of partner accounts across professional and enterprise sports organizations, managing all touchpoints from implementation and onboarding through check-ins, syncs, recaps, and case-by-case problem-solving - Lead end-to-end implementation and adoption strategies for your primary performance product, High Performance, Strength and Conditioning, or Nutrition, with working knowledge across the full Performance suite to support teammates and accounts as needed - Build trust-based relationships with performance directors, strength coaches, sports scientists, dietitians, and medical staff, with enough understanding of their workflows to drive real platform value rather than surface-level adoption - Guide organizations in establishing data governance frameworks, workflow standards, and performance dashboards that translate complex datasets into actionable insights for coaches, performance staff, and front office decision-makers - Act as the voice of the customer by sharing feedback and insights across Product, Engineering, and Customer Success to inform the product roadmap and improve the experience for the organizations we serve - Leverage AI tools to improve the quality and efficiency of your work, contributing to Teamworks' broader initiative around AI-supported operations - Monitor account health in Gainsight, flag critical alerts proactively, and develop strategies for renewal and product growth across your portfolio WHAT I'M LOOKING FOR WHAT YOU MUST BRING - Experience working within professional, enterprise, or high-performance sports organizations in performance, sports science, strength and conditioning, sports nutrition, or athletic training, with a clear understanding of how elite sports organizations operate - Deep knowledge in at least one performance domain: athlete monitoring and High Performance workflows, strength and conditioning program design and load management, or sports nutrition and dietitian workflows at the elite level - Demonstrated ability to navigate organizational complexity and build consensus across diverse stakeholder groups, from front office executives to coaching staff to medical and nutrition personnel - Proven cross-functional collaboration skills, with experience working alongside Product, Engineering, or equivalent technical teams to troubleshoot and build solutions - Hands-on experience with at least one Teamworks Performance product (High Performance, Strength and Conditioning, or Nutrition) or a comparable platform used in professional or collegiate sports EVEN BETTER IF - Exposure to or working knowledge across the full Teamworks Performance ecosystem, including High Performance, Strength and Conditioning, and Nutrition - Active use of AI tools in day-to-day workflow, with the ability to speak to how that has changed the way you work - Experience spanning more than one performance domain, for example, a strength coach with a sports science or nutrition background WHY THIS ROLE This role gives you a portfolio of recognizable organizations across elite sports rather than a single program to manage. You'll build relationships across one of the largest operating networks in sports technology, bring back best practices from across the industry, and work inside a company that is actively investing in AI as a competitive advantage for both its clients and its internal teams.
