Teamified is an agentic AI hiring platform where named AI agents handle each stage of a hire: sourcing, resume screening, reference and claim verification, and a recorded video interview scored against one rubric, with a human making the final call. It sells to growing businesses, largely in Australia and other Western markets, and pairs the platform with offshore team building, payroll and compliance, claiming shortlists at least 50% faster and up to 70% lower people costs. Customers include Deputy, Tyro and Hitachi. Founded in 2021 and headquartered in Melbourne, the company also runs a bias-auditing agent over its own scoring, which is an unusually concrete product problem for a PM working on AI evaluation.
