About the Team The Merchant Experiences team builds the platform powering merchant and business user experiences at Narvar. Our scope includes core platform frameworks, design systems, configuration tooling, onboarding, growth tools, and agentic AI automation that empower our merchants to maximize Narvar’s value for their business. About the Role We are seeking a Senior Product Manager with a platform background to drive the next evolution of our merchant experience. This role is critical to Narvar’s next phase of growth. You will own the vision, roadmap, and execution for platform capabilities like governance, entitlements, experimentation, business logic, and agentic AI tools for our enterprises. You are a natural systems thinker and comfortable with the inherent tension of platform work, and you excel at extracting the underlying need from both technical and business stakeholders to find the common denominator. Day-to-day Define and execute the multi-year strategy for Narvar's core platform and shared services, aligning with product, engineering, and business goals. Own the roadmap and development for Narvar’s platform services powering business user experiences, (e.g., governance, globalization, entitlements, workflows, business logic, upsell growth, etc.) Champion a world-class experience creation platform for merchants, ensuring our services are powerful, scalable, and easy to build with. Partner closely with product teams to understand their customer needs, ensuring your platform roadmap delivers foundational services that directly enable their success. Drive the adoption of platform services across all product-engineering teams, measuring impact and iterating based on feedback. Champion obsession for your customers (internal developers, merchant-facing teams, and end-consumers) through deep research, data analysis, and partnership. Track and prioritize measurable outcomes for platform adoption, performance, reliability, and business value. What we're looking for 6+ years of product management experience, with a significant focus on enterprise platform products and business users at a high-scale B2B SaaS company. Obsessed with and experienced in building exceptional enterprise user experiences; you have a natural product sense for business user needs and workflows. Track record of building shared services (e.g., business logic, experimentation, workflow management) and successfully driving their adoption across multiple internal engineering teams. 4+ years in e-commerce Demonstrated ability to align conflicting stakeholder goals and drive consensus on a centralized platform strategy. Experience managing products with complex constraints (Localization, RBAC) while maintaining a seamless user experience. Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent technical experience; You are comfortable discussing API schemas, service structure, and data models with engineers. Advanced degree a plus. Bonus points Experience integrating LLMs or AI agents into B2B workflows. Experience with product-led growth mechanics in an enterprise setting. The range reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hire salaries for the position across the US. Within the range, individual compensation packages are based on factors unique to each candidate, including but not limited to, skill set, education and certifications, and work location.
