Full job description
Location: United States Location Type: Remote Employment Type: Full-Time Department: Product Team: Product Country: US Everlywell is a digital health company pioneering the next generation of biomarker intelligence—combining AI-powered technology with human insight to deliver personalized, actionable health answers. We transform complex biomarker data into life-changing insights—seamlessly integrating advanced diagnostics, virtual care, and patient engagement to reshape how and where health happens.   Over the past decade, Everlywell has delivered close to 1 billion personalized health insights, transforming care for 60 million people and powering hundreds of enterprise partners. In 2025, an estimated 1 in 94 U.S. adults received an Everlywell test, solidifying our spot as the #1 at-home testing company in the country. Fueled by AI and built for scale, we’re breaking down barriers, closing care gaps, and unlocking a more connected healthcare experience that is smarter, faster, and more personalized.     The Clinical Platform powers telehealth visits, provider workflows, care coordination, and clinical outcomes across all of our business lines. You'll own the products that connect patients to providers and ensure they actually complete care — not just order tests.   This is a senior role because the work is genuinely complex: navigating clinical operations, regulatory constraints, multiple vendor systems, and health plan requirements while shipping products that improve real health outcomes. You'll be responsible for: Telehealth product experiences — video, messaging, async care Provider-facing tools and clinical workflow optimization Care coordination and consult completion rates Clinical outcome metrics across consumer and enterprise programs Why this role is challenging: Multiple stakeholders with competing priorities: consumers, providers, clinical ops, health plan clients Healthcare regulatory and compliance requirements are real constraints You'll balance platform scale with clinical quality — no shortcuts Success means patients get better care, not just better software What success looks like in the first year: Own and improve clinical completion metrics across programs Ship product improvements that measurably impact provider efficiency Build trusted partnerships with clinical operations leadership Navigate at least one complex regulatory or compliance challenge Establish the clinical platform roadmap for the following year What we are looking for: 6+ years of product management experience At least 3 years working in healthcare, healthtech, or clinical products Direct experience with telehealth, care coordination, EHR systems, or clinical workflows A track record of shipping products that improved clinical or operational outcomes Experience partnering with clinical stakeholders — you can earn trust with physicians and nurses Comfort with technical systems: APIs, integrations, healthcare data standards Strong analytical skills and data-informed decision making Even better if you have: Experience with multiple telehealth platforms or clinical vendors Background in diagnostics, lab operations, or clinical decision support B2B healthcare product experience Worked at a startup or scale-up where you built in ambiguity You'll thrive here if: Healthcare complexity energizes you — you see it as interesting, not frustrating You're rigorous about clinical quality but still ship fast You can context-switch between strategic planning and tactical execution You want to build products that make a real difference in how people access care Additional Information This salary range for this position is $150,000 - $177,000 based on the selected candidate's qualifications, market data/ranges, location, and internal equity. This position is also eligible for an annual bonus, health, dental, vision & mental health insurance, 401(k) with company match, Flexible PTO, a monthly $100 wellness stipend and various other perks.
