Senior Product Manager (Integrated Care)   The Senior Product Manager (Integrated Care) is responsible for leading the strategy and execution of applications and services that enable high-quality, coordinated, and cost-effective care settings. This role owns the development and delivery of EHR-integrated functionality and wraparound services that support provider success in value-based arrangements, including care planning, risk stratification, quality tracking, and interdisciplinary coordination.   You have a track record of building sophisticated products and solving customer problems, from discovery, to implementation, to delivery. You are a collaborative leader who ensures successful outcomes for our customers, while optimizing time to value and increasing ROI.   You foster a growth mindset culture and suggest ideas for continuous improvement across products and processes. You are comfortable evangelizing your strategy and roadmap to executive stakeholders and externally with customers and partners as needed.   Reporting into the Director, Product Management      Duties and Responsibilities:   •Conduct in-depth analysis for orders and tasks management and associate service documentation solutions. •Track in-market adoption and success of production solutions. •Stay abreast of changing customer needs and industry trends. •Monitor secondary research and market data. •Drive results through effective communication – build rapport, anticipate and prepare for questions, communicate calmly under pressure and be a good listener. •Liaise with Software Commercialization, Sales, Engineering, Professional Services, Customer Success, and other functions to ensure successful product launches and releases. •Understand the broader product portfolio and how solutions work together to create value for customers. •Prioritize product investments and trade-offs using data-driven analysis and good judgement to create a compelling business case and quantify return on investment. •Use qualitative and quantitative techniques to understand current and future customer and user needs and pain points. •Collect and summarize customer feedback to drive satisfaction and adoption. •Drive results through effective communication – build rapport, anticipate and prepare for questions, communicate calmly under pressure and be a good listener. •Maintaining performance standards if working remotely (where applicable) •Represent PointClickCare with a high degree of knowledge, integrity, and professionalism. •Participate in industry events, and lead customer and partner facing engagements as a product expert. •Inspire, energize, and motivate cross-functional teams.     Qualifications and Experience: •Exposure to AI tools and a desire to leverage them to enhance your work content and user experience •5-7 years working in Product management, preferably in the healthcare space. •Bachelor’s degree in informatics, Computer Science, information technology, or healthcare-related field of study; Preferred •Managing large product lines, innovation, and a general curiosity and drive for building great products with great user experience.  •Proven track record managing commercial software products through the entire product lifecycle at an experienced level •Skilled multi-tasker with ability to work through ambiguity and derives energy from a complex, dynamic, and challenging environment. •Proven ability influencing stakeholders, executing product priorities, and driving business results. •Strong strategic, analytical, and critical thinking skills, with an ability to identify the most important things amongst many important things. •Strong oral, written, and listening communication skills with internal and external stakeholders. •Solid understanding of Agile and Design Thinking methodologies.
