Everbridge builds critical event management software: it pulls in real-time risk intelligence, tells organizations which threats actually matter to them, and coordinates the response, including mass notification to employees, residents and citizens. Customers are large enterprises and governments, over 6,500 of them, spanning public-warning systems that reach billions of people across 195 countries. The company was listed on Nasdaq until Thoma Bravo took it private in a roughly $1.8 billion deal in 2024, and it has kept acquiring, most recently Open Measures for risk intelligence. Recent product work centers on Everbridge 360 AI and its conversational Advisor, so there is real surface area for PMs on AI-assisted decisioning in high-stakes workflows.
