This Product Manager role focuses on fintech wealth products, specifically managing the digital conversion funnel to move customers from retirement planning into personal wealth solutions.
What you’d own
Digital rollover and client conversion journeys
Product roadmap for personal wealth growth
Conversion funnel optimization and performance analysis
Cross-functional execution with compliance and legal teams
Who it’s for
A fit if you…
✓You have 3+ years of experience in digital direct-to-consumer products.
✓You have a background in fintech, retirement, or wealth management.
✓You excel at navigating highly regulated environments and complex requirements.
Not for you if…
✗You prefer high-autonomy roles without heavy compliance/legal oversight.
✗You prefer building brand-new products over optimizing existing conversion funnels.
✗You prefer a less structured environment (the role requires managing complex dependencies).
Reading between the lines
The emphasis on 'conversion funnel' and 'friction points' suggests a heavy focus on growth engineering and optimization metrics.
Mention of 'compliance and legal' partners in a 'highly regulated industry' implies significant red tape and documentation requirements.
