Dexcom makes continuous glucose monitoring systems, including the G7 sensor for people managing diabetes and Stelo, an over-the-counter biosensor aimed at anyone who wants to see how food, exercise, sleep and stress move their glucose. It has been building glucose biosensing for 25 years and is publicly traded on NASDAQ as DXCM, selling through pharmacies, insurers and healthcare providers as well as direct to consumers. The company is explicitly pushing past diabetes toward consumer health, and its products depend on a growing ecosystem of connected app partners.
