Join us and be part of a bold, innovative team that’s redefining what’s possible! 🚀 ABOUT THE ROLE As a Group Product Manager, you will lead a team of Product Managers to drive the vision, strategy, and execution for a portfolio of high-impact product areas within the core product. You will manage a team of 4-6 Product Managers at various levels. You can expect ~30% of your time dedicated to individual contributions within the core product, leading by example.   KEY RESPONSIBILITIES - Lead and mentor a team of Product Managers across multiple squads. - Set product vision and strategy aligned with company goals. - Own the group roadmap, balancing quick wins with long-term initiatives. - Collaborate cross-functionally with engineering, design, analytics, GTM teams, and EPD leadership. - Stay on top of metrics for all areas - Establish product rituals and processes to streamline operations across the organization. - Conduct market research and analyze user feedback. - Define and track key performance metrics. - Foster a culture of ownership and continuous improvement. - Build strong stakeholder relationships. - Present strategy and results to executives. - Contribute as an IC on a specific area of your team. - Hire and onboard Product Managers to the product organization.   QUALIFICATIONS - 10+ years in Product Management, with 5+ years managing a team of Product Managers. - Proven experience in building and scaling B2B SaaS products in high-growth environments. - Strong analytical and data-driven decision-making skills. - Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities. - Demonstrated ownership of business metrics and results. - Comfortable with ambiguity, a fast pace, and high expectations. - Experience in startups and/or at scale. - High standards for product quality and user experience. - Passionate about AI  AI Proficiency - Generate artifacts that accelerate alignment. Leverage AI to draft PRDs, map user flows, validate product launch readiness, synthesize research and customer feedback, produce competitive analyses, and write release notes. - Prototype and iterate with AI coding tools. Build functional prototypes independently of design and engineering using tools like Cursor or Claude Code. - QA your own work. Use browser automation tools to test flows, verify edge cases, and confirm what shipped matches what was specced. - Stay current and apply it. Familiarity with tools like Claude Code, Cursor, Figma AI, and MCP integrations is expected. Actively experiment and fold new capabilities into your workflow.
