Location Type: Remote Location: Remote US Employment Type: FullTime Department: Product About CertifyOS CertifyOS is building the data infrastructure that powers modern healthcare. Today, healthcare organizations rely on fragmented and outdated provider data. This creates unnecessary administrative work, regulatory risk, and higher costs across the system. We’re solving that problem. Our API-first platform automates provider licensing, enrollment, credentialing, and network monitoring by connecting directly to hundreds of primary data sources. We help healthcare organizations maintain accurate, compliant, and reliable provider networks at scale. Our vision is simple: One API. One provider ID. Frictionless provider data. We’re backed by leading investors and built by a team with deep experience in provider data systems. At CertifyOS, we value authenticity, accountability, collaboration, results, and openness to feedback. We’re building a high-ownership team focused on solving real infrastructure problems that impact millions of patients. ABOUT THE ROLE Credentialing is Certify’s flagship product and one of the most important and complex workflows in provider operations. It sits at the intersection of provider data, compliance, network growth, and the day-to-day operational realities our customers live in. You will be transforming healthcare on multiple levels by creating truly accurate provider data to fuel our customer’s business and reshaping what’s possible for speed, accuracy, efficiency and cost in credentialing. We’re seeking a Senior Product Manager to lead Certify’s Credentialing product area. This role will be accountable for helping define and drive the vision, strategy, and execution for credentialing across our platform — improving the core workflow today while helping shape where it goes next. You will work across customer-facing product experiences, operational workflows, and the systems that connect credentialing to the broader provider data lifecycle. That includes helping evolve our credentialing platform, supporting newer initiatives like National Shared Credentialing, and identifying where AI and automation can create real leverage in a historically manual and fragmented space. Reporting into Product leadership, this role will partner closely with Engineering, Design, Operations, Client Success, and go-to-market teams. You’ll be successful in this role if you are equally comfortable getting deep into workflow details, making strong product tradeoffs, prototyping with customers or driving business strategy and execution WHAT YOU WILL DO CUSTOMER-DRIVEN STRATEGY - You not only love building products, but also building businesses - You know that our role is to deliver delighted, profitable customers for Certify’s business. - Work closely with customers and internal stakeholders to deeply understand credentialing workflows, operational pain points, and opportunities to deliver meaningful value. - Be comfortable prototyping in real time with customers to hone product thinking and requirements. - Act as a strong voice of the customer while maintaining an independent product perspective and long-term view. - Help shape how Credentialing connects with Provider Data, Monitoring, and other parts of the Certify platform. - Establish clear success metrics that measure the impact of product investments on customer outcomes, operational efficiency, and business performance. - Contribute to a roadmap that improves the core credentialing experience while building toward more scalable, connected, and differentiated capabilities over time. PRODUCT DEVELOPMENT & EXECUTION - Product management is radically different than a year ago, and will be different again in another year, and this excites you. It’s a magical time to be a builder. - Partner with engineering and adapt and evolve as we chart our AI-first approach to building. - Work closely with Operations to ensure the product reflects the realities of how credentialing work actually gets done. - Drive discovery and validation for new features and product bets, including opportunities related to shared credentialing, workflow automation, and AI-enabled experiences. - Help identify where AI and agentic approaches can reduce manual work, improve throughput, and create better experiences without compromising trust or operational quality. LEADERSHIP - Create leverage through clarity, prioritization, and strong cross-functional execution. - Bring structure to ambiguous problems and help teams make thoughtful, high-conviction tradeoffs. - Build strong partnerships across Engineering, Design, Operations, Client Success, Sales, and leadership. - Raise the bar for product thinking, product communication, and outcome-oriented execution. - Help the broader team stay close to the market, the customer, and the real operational complexity of the credentialing space. ABOUT YOU - You love to build products and businesses. - You think this is an incredible exciting time to be a builder - You’re widely respected for the products you help build, and loved by the teams you work with for the clarity you bring to complex situations - You have 5+ years of product management experience, with meaningful ownership over complex product areas. - You’re comfortable building new ways of working – you’re AI first and have learned a lot doing so. - You have experience building customer-facing or operations-heavy products in SaaS, healthtech, or similarly complex software environments. - You are a strong product thinker who can move between user needs, business priorities, workflow details, and system-level considerations. - You are highly curious about how AI, automation, and agentic systems can improve real-world workflows. Benefits of Working at Certify At Certify, we’re building with intention and taking care of the people doing the work. Your well-being matters to us. We provide 100% coverage of health, dental, and vision insurance premiums for employees. Our US-based team benefits from unlimited PTO, with at least two weeks off each year to recharge. In India, employees are supported with health insurance, statutory leave benefits, and additional wellness (menstrual) leave for women. We are an equal opportunity employer committed to building an inclusive environment where everyone feels valued and empowered to do their best work, and we welcome applicants from all backgrounds and experiences. If you require reasonable accommodations during the application process, please contact recruiting@certifyos.com. We are also committed to pay transparency and foster an open culture where compensation conversations are encouraged and respected.

The founding team came out of Oscar Health, so the product is built by health-plan operators trying to replace the manual back-office work that bogs down payor networks. The company raised a $40M Series B in 2025 led by Transformation Capital with General Catalyst, bringing total funding to $69M, and serves 75+ partners across 15M+ licenses. The team is fully remote across Canada to the Philippines, with flexible PTO and generous parental leave.
