Bamboo Health

This Associate Product Manager role focuses on data-centric reporting products within a healthcare technology environment. It is designed for a high-potential contributor to manage backlogs, requirements, and technical workflows.

What you’d own

  • Controlled Substances Reporting product backlog and prioritization
  • Requirement gathering and story refinement with acceptance criteria
  • Data dictionaries and product documentation

Who it’s for

A fit if you…

  • 2+ years of experience in data-related technologies or data engineering
  • Proficiency in SQL, Python, and data visualization tools like Tableau
  • Experience managing cross-functional projects with multiple stakeholders
  • Comfortable using AI tools to automate documentation and workflows

Not for you if…

  • You prefer a non-technical product role without data engineering components
  • You prefer a slow-paced environment with minimal ambiguity
  • You are looking for a senior leadership role rather than an associate-level growth path

Reading between the lines

  • The emphasis on 'triaging work' and 'making tradeoffs' in the 3-month goal suggests a high volume of incoming requests requiring constant prioritization.
  • The specific mention of AI tools for 'task routing' and 'data parsing' implies a need for efficiency to manage a heavy workload.
