Location: Remote, United States Location Type: Remote Employment Type: Full Time Department: Product Team: Product Management Country: US As a Senior Technical Product Manager you will lead cross-functional initiatives to deliver new technology solutions to support Aledade’s practice customers and various lines of value-based care business.  Technical Product Managers work alongside business owners, data analysts, designers and engineers to define project goals, solution scope, implementation approach, and rollout plans. They are the interface between strategic business owners and technology development, ensuring Aledade creates high-quality product with the ability to scale. In this role, you will focus on initiatives involving one or more engineering teams to advance Aledade’s interoperability capabilities, AI platform, quality reporting, and workflow applications. Primary Duties: Partner with business owners to cultivate a shared vision for the problem space, constraints, priorities and ideal end state, and be able to articulate and advocate for this perspective. Ongoing optimization of live user workflows and capabilities including monitoring of key metrics & user feedback. Work with internal teams and end users to develop a deep understanding of requirements, perform thoughtful solution design, use data to test hypotheses, and support teams throughout execution. Write detailed user stories for new features, capturing detailed descriptions of business rationale, requirements, and success criteria that are defined by measurable outcomes. Develop short- and long-term roadmaps that deliver maximum value with minimum risk and assume ongoing iteration. Minimum Qualifications: 8+ years of product management experience in technology, technology-enabled services industry, or a SaaS product. Preferred Knowledge, Skills and/or Abilities: Track record of successfully managing products from concept to launch, including 0-1 pilots and scaled product development Experience using data and primary research to inform solution design and build internal business understanding Experience with and understanding of the software development lifecycle and software development methodologies. Preferably experience with Agile / Scrum teams. Product development experience in the context of the development of a healthcare technology product. Excellent organizational and communication skills with an emphasis on problem-solving and building subject matter expertise. Intermediate understanding of EHR data integration and applicable data standards (e.g. FHIR) Knowledge of healthcare administrative and clinical data sets, including demographic, financial and clinical data. Understanding of healthcare administrative or clinical workflows for inpatient, ambulatory, revenue cycle, or ancillary services. Experience working with EHR, practice management, revenue cycle or population health products. Experience in healthcare interoperability standards (X12, CCDA, HL7, FHIR), integration protocols (RESTful APIs, SFTP, HL7 interfaces) and data Experience with clinical quality measurement (e.g. Stars, HEDIS) and corresponding data sets. Knowledge of SQL, ideally with PostgreSQL experience. Industry knowledge of value-based care and alternative payment models related to primary care, such as Accountable Care Organizations (ACO), Medicare Shared Savings Program (MSSP), Medicare Advantage, or other healthcare innovation models Physical Requirements: Sitting for prolonged periods of time. Extensive use of computers and keyboard. Occasional walking and lifting may be required.
