About the role: 8am, makers of LawPay and CPACharge as well as MyCase, CasePeer and Docketwise, is investing to ensure 8am is the most trusted and effective, payments-first agentic operating system for professional service firms - from boutique solo practices to enterprise-scale operations. We are hiring a Senior Director of Product, Payment Platform Experiences to help steward this transformation. This role owns the product strategy and roadmap for both payment platform capabilities as well as the end-to-end payment experiences that serve them up for our firms and their clients - from merchant underwriting to billing workflows, to payer experiences that shape both how and whether clients pay. You will be responsible for deepening payment adoption, accelerating digitization, and eliminating the friction that keeps firms and their clients tethered to legacy methods and low collection rates. You will lead cross-functional execution across Product, Engineering, Design, Compliance, GTM, and Finance - ensuring 8am builds the durable platform foundations and high-quality user experiences that drive measurable growth in payment volume, conversion, and retention.
